It is so frustrating to have a broken car window! Whether is gets smashed by a break in or the window motor just fails, nobody wants to have to deal with the frustration of a temporary fix. There are two sizes - Regular and XL. Regular has enough for one side window repair. - there is 6 ft of tape on each roll. We typically use 4 or 5 ft to fix a side window.  XL gives you 12 ft on a roll - plenty to cover your window with some extra to spare.  We also sell Two Packs with a handy safety slitter to make cutting Big Tape easy - and keep you from accidently scraping your car's paint.

I live in Florida and in May and September we have "love bug" season! These black flies will cover your car/truck and boat! And their guts have some kind of acid that will literally eat away at your paint or gel coat.

So, I've taken to covering truck and boat with Big Tape - goes on easy and peals right off when I arrive! No more bugs to wash off after a long trip! Ah, bliss! Try it!

Yes, mostly! It is not as good as a glass window, but it is a whole lot better than a trash bag! I've seen some ridiculous things people use as a temporary fix! Using gloves, he removed the rest of the broken glass....
The police had already been by...so now he made an appointment to have it fixed. Since it was the weekend, it would be a few days. For a temporary fix, we put a Big Tape on - and he was good to go!

Black trash bags are a common fix to temporarily cover a broken car window - but they don't work! Obviously, you can't see through it, you can't use it on the road, and - in this application -you can expect rain to get in the car. Big Tape is a better solution until you can get your window fixed!
